Our people

We value our team here at Futurform, without our hard-working employees, we would not be able to progress as a company. All our employees are aware of their rights and we have a very close working relationship with our staff which allows for a great atmosphere.

All employees are given the correct training to undertake their role. We also provide additional training for those who would like it in other areas. In 2022, various departments participated in many hours of training. For example, 2 of our employees undertook an Emergency First Aid course with St John’s Ambulance.

CSR

Our Communities

We support many charities here at Futurform. We raise money over the course of the year for our chosen charity by doing different events. All proceeds from these events are donated in a lump sum at the end of the year. We believe in giving something back. At Futurform, we have 2 main chosen charities which we regularly raise funds for – Dorothy House Hospice and Blue Cross.

A bit about our chosen charities –

• At Dorothy House, we provide exceptional personalised care to people in our community who are approaching death. That means we’ve got you: we’re here for our patients and their loved ones, as much or as little as they need us. Our standard of care reaches deep into our community. Through ten locally-focused Dorothy House care teams, we help people prepare for the end of their lives and equip more people to provide the care each of us deserves.
• Blue Cross - We are a charity that provides specialist care, services and support for pets and people throughout their life together. The help we offer includes veterinary treatment, finding loving new homes for pets, behavioural advice, support with pet bereavement and education for future generations.

We aim to split organised events equally between the 2 charities. Previously we have had casual dress days, BBQ’s or other social events and sporting challenges to raise money for our chosen charities. Some of our colleagues volunteer their free time to help charities and local causes. Over the last year, over 50 hours were spent volunteering for charities and other organisations.
